Replacement Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase or if you've found any defects with your item, we offer a 7-day replacement policy. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a replacement request.

Return & Refund Policy

In cases where a replacement item is not available, we will allow returns and provide a refund. To be eligible for a return and refund, please make sure of the following:

  • The product was received in the last 7 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging, without any damage, and with all box contents intact.
  • You have the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from iRefurbish. We may refuse a return or exchange if we cannot validate this information.
  • The product has not been damaged due to improper use.

Return Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether we have approved or rejected your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 - 5 working days.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
